Global Youth Conference 2024: A Pioneering Step Towards Sustainable Future
Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, 23rd – 25th February 2024 – The Future Leaders Alliance proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Global Youth Conference (GYC) 2024, held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, from 23rd to 25th February 2024. With the theme “Harnessing Data and Technology for SDGs,” the event brought together participants from over 14 countries, demonstrating the global youth’s commitment to leveraging technology for sustainable development.
The conference featured inspiring keynote speeches, thought-provoking panel discussions, and interactive workshops, all designed to equip the next generation of leaders with the necessary tools to utilize technology in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Highlights included a dynamic panel on “The Role of Youth in Accelerating the Achievement of SDGs through Data and Technology.” Notably, two workshops captivated attendees: “SDGs and Technology Nexus: Rethinking SDGs in a Digital Age,” which explored the integration of technology in redefining sustainable goals for a new era, and “Collaborative Tech Platforms for Global Development,” focusing on leveraging collaborative technologies to foster global development initiatives. These sessions promoted innovation and collaborative problem-solving, underlining the conference’s commitment to empowering youth in the digital age.
